Can your courses fulfill the verifiable CPD requirements of HKICPA, ACCA and CPA (Aust)?

All courses on CPD 360 come with a Certificate of Completion which can fulfill the verifiable CPD requirements of HKICPA, ACCA, and CPA (Aust).  

Are your courses approved by HKICPA?

HKICPA states in its website that:
"CPD programmes do not need to be approved by the Institute. There is no policy requiring outside course providers to obtain endorsement from the Institute for CPD recognition.  It is up to the individual member to judge the suitability of a particular programme for himself / herself."  See FAQ 9 after clicking below:

Are your course trainers technically competent?

All CPD 360 courses are written and arranged by CPAs who have more than 20 years of experience as CFOs & senior management of Hong Kong listed companies.  They are also frequent speakers and trainers for professional organizations and education institutes in the last 20 years.

Will your CPD courses enhance the professional proficiency of CPAs?

All of our course contents were written with reference to the authoritative sources (e.g. accounting standards, auditing standards, listing rules, and regulatory guidelines) covering a broad spectum of knowledge required for CPA working for professional firms and industries.   Hence, your technical knowledge and professional proficiency will certainly be enhanced upon completing our courses.

Are your CPD courses at the right level and depth for CPAs?

Our courses conprehensively cover topics in great depth. For example, our accounting and auditing course agenda cover almost all subject matters shown on the table of content of accounting and auditing standards.

Which courses are included in the annual subscription?

You will have unlimited access to all courses on the CDP 360 portal with your annual subscription.

How long do I have access to courses with my annual subscription?

You will have unlimited access to all CPD courses for one year from the date you paid for your annual subscription

What payment methods can I use to pay the annual subscription fee?

We only accept credit cards at the moment.

Are there any other subscription options?

We only offer annual subcription.  A "One Day Free Trial"  is now available for you to access some of our courses for 24 hours.

How do I terminate my "One Day Free Trial"?

You may terminate your "One Day Free Trial"  in the Account section of CPD 360 web site.   Upon clicking the termination, button, you can still access our courses before your free trial period expired.

Will my annual subscription be automatically renew?  How can I turn off this automatically renew function?

Your annual subscription will be automatically renewed on our system unless you terminated the annual  subscription (in the Account section of our website) before its expiration date. To give you a peace of mind, you may always write to support@cpd360.com and request for a refund in case you have forgotten to terminate the subscription before its expiration date.

What is your refund policy?

You can request for cancellation of your annual subscription via email to support@cpd360.com within 48 hours of your payment and receive a full refund, unless you have already downloaded a Certificate of Completion of any courses.

How would I receive my refund?

Refund will be credited to your credit card, 

How do I receive a Certificate of Completion for a CPD course?

Upon finished watching the CPD course video completely (and have not made any fast forward), you will be prompted to enter your legal name to claim your Certificate of Completion of that CPD course.  

Can I stop watching a course video at any time and resume later?

You may always stop watching a course video at any time and resume later.  The video will start at where you left off.

How do I change my login password?

On the login page, click "Forgot password" and a link to change your password will be sent to your email.

How do I change my username or email address?

Go to the "Certificates" page, click on the edit button, and under General, you can change your Username, Email Address, and any other information added when you signed up.
